Westex has some quality video of arc flashes on high speed camera in a test environment. Keep in mind that they sell FR clothing and that PPE provides minimal protection for arc blast and copper particles but it does help quantify what a class 2 incident does, what a class 4 incident does, and what happens if you wear a poly blend or even 100% cotton uniform.
