Is it OK to install the Arc Flash Warning Label on the inside of a door cover? Specifically for a 120/208 panel. I can open the door and see the label. I do not have to take the cover off to see the label.

I never really thought about that. I guess you could but why. The AFH labels I use contain information in addition to the afh. There is shock information, where the panel is fed from, bolt fault current, and date of study. That may be of value to have in a conspicuous location.

Patient Care areas of Hospitals tend to frown on anything that could be upsetting to patients, such as an orange WARNING sign. Museums also don't care for asthetics that clash with their decor.
