As a general rule, care and control of keys is not given the attention it deserves. Even big corporations can be caught by employees trying to do their jobs. I know we have a big key depository here that is "available" to any worker. I've attached a notice from the Ontario Ministry of Labor - $100,000 fine.

Looks like another thing to change...

I've heard of that happening, but I think it's pretty rare...
I've known several people who work more trying to get out of doing their jobs than actually doing their jobs.
