I set a Google News Alert to notify me about "Arc Flash". Most of what I received was about product releases. Then I set an alert for "Electrical Explosion". That got me the good (bad) stuff.

(Go to http://news.google.com/. Enter "Electrical Explosion". At bottom of page, click on " Create an email alert for electrical explosion".)

I resend these news articles to everyone I know who deals with arc flash hazards, especially our electricians, about twice a month. I like to think that my constant reminding of how real AF incidents are, may make them safer.
