What is everyone doing for replacing/pulling/seal out of residential kWh meters?
Are you requiring a minimum of 4 cal clothing? What other PPE (face shield)?

What about the 480V metering that is not instrument PT fed?

The NESC Work Rules subcommittee is proposing new tables for section 41 for voltages below 1000 volts and currents below 50,000 amps.

Below is a summary of a relevant part of the proposed table

Self-contained meters /
Pad-mounted transformers / Panels and Cabinets

251 – 500 V
20 cal/cm^2(note 4)

4. Industry testing on 480V equipment indicates exposures for self-contained meters do not exceed 20 calories/cm2.
