Mr. Solomon: EasyPower has a phase shift detection algorithm to verify system phasing is correct. You may have a phase shift problem somewhere else on your one-line. You can also turn off the detection in the TOOLS-->OPTIONS controls. In order to troubleshoot a system, we need access to the EasyPower file, Serial#, version#, etc. If you have a question on EasyPower, the proper place to ask that question is our EasyPower technical support group.
