Can you believe SKM has a project size limit? I can't believe I had to start a new project because my one-line got too big. There shouldn't be a restriction so small on building one-lines.

You don't get what you don't pay for.
Most of the licenses we own are for 500 bus projects but we do have a few 2000 bus ones.

Bus size limitation by software license is typical. Most companies will have several options of bus size to keep the software affordable for small applications.

Yes you don't get what you don't for but the flip side is that you are given the opportunity to pay for only what you need.

Yes I understand the bus size ordering process. All the softwares do that. The complaint that I have is that even though I ordered enough buses, the physical size of the one-line is too big. There is a problem with the physical size that does not correlate to the bus count.

Their support confirmed the problem and said "that's just the way it is"

I use multiple one-lines within one project, I know I have exceeded 25 of them.

Not sure if you are referring to that the one-line of the facility gets too cumbersome to work with on the computer screen or that it is too big too print out on an ANSI E size print?

If you have a large facility, EasyPower allows you to group various sections by Zones and Areas to segregate the plant. There is also a find feature to locate specific items.

As far as printing, most facility one lines are on multiple pages and this can handled by selecting and printing out areas to a separate dwg.
