i am performing the arc flash study as per IEC standard for one of the project using E-tap Software. while running arc flash calculation "FCT not determined " pop is showing in the One line diagram.
could you guide to mitigate the problem.or any changes to be made in the bus data, ort relay data.
could you provide the any project report file for the arc flash study.

Not sure what that means as I use a different software but I would think that you could find out what that means by consulting the Help section of your software. Did you look there?

FCT = Fault Clearing Time? Just a guess
