Thanks, but this is the part I struggle with. If it would give me a report in Excel with one device per row it could easily be sorted and parsed as needed, but I've played around with datablock formats and and can't seem to get an output that can be readily sorted. Most devices have data spread over multiple rows and varying numbers of rows depending on the type of device, so it seems like sorting is nearly impossible, except to do it completely manually.
I have a client who requires a concise report with one device per line, sorted by connected bus.
When I explained this to SKM support, their only advice was to buy Crystal Reports. I don't mind doing that if I thought it would give me what I need, but they can't seem to tell me. I was hoping to find someone who has used it.
