Post subject:  ETAP software capability for 34.5kV Power System

Can ETAP be utilized for 34.5kV power system Arc Flash analysis as ETAP follows IEEE1584 which is only limited to 15kV . If not then which software and standard is suitable for 34.5kV .

I know nothing of ETAP, but many programs revert to the overly conservative Lee equations above 15 kV. ArcPro is one that does not.

Yes, above 15 kV they base it on OSHA 1910.269 Appendix E and NESC-C2-2012 to 2017. Link is below.

Table lookup with interpolation? The Osha T&D Appendix E and NESC tables were derived using ArcPro. Better to go to the source in my opinion.
