Reviewing an engineers PTW model and results, was able to see all incident enrgy lines on TCCs this morning, now the lines for levels 1 & 2 are missing, and the results table will not show Level 1 or 2 (defaults to Level 3).

I'm guessing either I've accidentally clicked something, or PTW is having a moment. I've tried RegDel and validating the model, no luck.

Anyone able to assist?

Cheers

This appears to be a combination of the new default PPE table that ignores level 1 & 2, and some sort of bug in the software that, without warning, rejects a user's own PPE table and reverts to the default.

For me, this randomly occurs when adjusting protection curves on a TCC by dragging the curve with the mouse whilst the arc flash PPE curves are turned on in the TCC. The software suddnely pops up a message saying there's an issue with the PPE table and it will revert to the default table. As soon as OK is clicked, the mesage re-appears...click ok and the meassage re-appears (again)...and rinse and repeat seemingly for ever. Needs a CTRL-ALT-DELETE killing of the program to get out of it. Then when returning to the model, the default table is there (including the loss of level1 & level2 for assessment).

Lesson learnt: if using one's own PPE table, have a copy of the FR_Clothing.ss3 and FR_Clothing_Metric.ss3 files safely saved somewhere to copy back into the model.
