a medium voltage transformer is to be installed on top of a precast vault with cutouts in the lid for the primary side 12.47kv and the secondary side 480 volt, the medium voltage conductors and 480volt conductors will enter the vault on opposite walls and provide conductor separation. Any issue with those conductors installed in the vault, there is no splices the vault is strictly being used for flexibility.
