 Post subject: Safety Program

Does anyone know if there have been any fines or warnings issued for failure to have a written electrical safety program in place. I don't see any OSHA citations but I thought I've seen it somewhere. Thanks

They will fine that every time, here is a recent one from my area.

If you do not have a written program, you don't have any program in OSHA's eyes.
