Following up on a earlier thread regarding the interpretation of equipment labels….assuming you have completed your arc flash study, is your facility using any type of risk management, risk assessment, or risk reduction program to help determine when the results apply for common day-to-day activities?

If so, what was the basis for your program?

Has anyone tried to mix the 70E table (130.7 C 15) risk reduction thought process (or some other method) and actual study results into a workable safety program?
