Hi all, this is my first post here. I have been visiting this site for a while and finally decided to register. I noticed that foot note 3 to tabel 130.7(C)(15)(a) references 130.8(C)(7), but this does not exist, I think they meant 130.7 (C)(7) additionally 130.8(D) also does not exist, I think they meant 130.10(D) |

Sebsection 130.8 is new (moved) this cycle and does exist. I think the reference to 130.8 (C) (7) was meant to not have the (7) due to the extra space and 130.8(D) is there too. Both (C) and (D) relate to the employee being responsible for following the employers safety program and wearing the proper PPE, in this case the gloves. |
