Just never know what you will find when you open a panel. :o Apparently this is a method to isolate the conductors from touching the panel

This is what we typically find when we do data collection at sites.

Outdated (or non-existent) One line Drawings
Underrated (SC) Equipment
Oversized / Undersized Equipment
Poorly Protected Equipment
Poor Coordination of Protective Devices
NEC Code Violations
Broken or Unsafe Equipment
Cracked cases
Broken covers, hinges, latches, or handles
Dead animals

These Studies with data collection are like an Equipment Safety Audit.
