I would like to know where can I find a comparative analysis of the results of AFIE from ARCPRO and IEEE 1584 for both, three-phase and single phase circuits.
I know that IEEE 1584 excludes single-phase circuits but IEEE 1584.1 allows the use of IEEE 1584 equations for single-phase circuits assuming that they are three phase and considering that will result in conservative results.

The easiest way is to purchase and compare.
They will be much lower on Medium Voltage systems.
Kinectrics teaches a class on this as do we. Jim may even have this type of comparison in his excellent classes.
I see these as two tools in the toolbox.
Use ArcPro 3.0 as it is a great update.
