I would like to know where can I find a comparative analysis of the results of AFIE from ARCPRO and IEEE 1584 for both, three-phase and single phase circuits. I know that IEEE 1584 excludes single-phase circuits but IEEE 1584.1 allows the use of IEEE 1584 equations for single-phase circuits assuming that they are three phase and considering that will result in conservative results. |

The easiest way is to purchase and compare. They will be much lower on Medium Voltage systems. Kinectrics teaches a class on this as do we. Jim may even have this type of comparison in his excellent classes. I see these as two tools in the toolbox. Use ArcPro 3.0 as it is a great update. Hugh Hoagland |
