Is there any Arc flash analysis requirement for 480V receptacles ! Anyone has any comments!

As they are not worked on energized I would say this is a clear no.

And they are considered energized until tested to prove otherwise. Sounds to me like a clear yes.

If personnel will be making/breaking a connection at the receptacle while energized or if the receptacle will be used to verify zero energy then I would say yes. Shortly after the 2018 update to 1584 was released I found a 208V receptacle in a kitchen area of an industrial plant. When modeled using HCB it exceeded 2kA and had a surprisingly high IE. I'm wanting to say > 4 calories. This caught my attention as it wouldn't be uncommon for an issue to occur and an appliance repairman arrived who may not be overly knowledgeable of arc flash hazards and not properly protected. He could make/break the connection while crouching down in a tight space limiting his egress.

I would NOT overlook AF hazards at receptacles!
