Hello,
I am trying to find a good whiteboard app to use to collect data. We are currently using freeform on the Ipads and it starts lagging when there is alot of data.

If it is a small job and I have as-built drawings and submittals I normally model it first before I go to collect/verify the data and just work off a hard copy printout and mark it right on the drawing.

If I don't have any drawings or it is too large to work off plots of the model I use a Notability on my ipad.

Examples below. I don't use the SKM mobile version. Never even checked it out. Probably should.

This is weird. The preview thumbnails don't match the pics. If you click on the pics they are correct though.

I have Skm mobile but haven't used it yet. A lot of the data collection I've been doing has been done on Easypower. I have attached an image of how I've been doing it.

Does Notability allow for multiple users at the same time?

Not that I know of RE: Notability. It is basically just a scratch pad you can add pictures and PDF's to and mark over the top of. I sometimes copy drawing PDF's into Notability and make notes on the drawing that way instead of carrying paper.
