Hi,
I'm doing an arcflash analysis of a wind farm. We have 34.5 kV go through a breaker at the base of the tower up to a transformer in the nacelle. I would consider the breaker in the base of the tower and the primary of the transformer enclosed. The software I use defaults to the Lee equation because the voltage is out of range of 1584, but I didn't think the Lee equation was good for enclosed equipment.
Is the Lee equation reasonable or conservative or would I be "underlabeling?"
Thanks,
W. Casey Harman
