Does anyone have any experience with this and what is the minimum data needed to give a conservative and reasonable arc flash hazard result?

How much energy is stored, and second, how fast can it be releaed? The release part may be limited by the attached generator. Analysis is similar to figuring it out with a drive or batteries.
