Customer is served with two 50s and a 100 kVA transformer. The 100 kVA is center tapped and grounded to serve the single phase loads. The customer asks for "actual" fault current at the secondary terminals. The only software on hand provides for balanced sources only. How would you go about calculating this by hand? Do you know of any good references? Thanks.

What software are you using? Have you reached out to their tech support for suggestions?

I use Aspen Oneliner, which can model three phase transformers and systems only. I have not asked support, since it is clearly outside the software's scope. Perhaps Distriview might work, but its not in the budget. The inquiries are rare enough that hand calculations should suffice if I understood just how to perform them.
