Other than OSHA's ArcPro recommendation for equipment above 15 kV, has industry settled on a transparent methodology (e.g. outside the USA)?

I remember reading about a few options in the past (Terzija/Koglin, EPRI Empirical Model, Short/Eblen), but would be interested to know if any have gained traction in the intervening years, or if any newer methodologies have emerged since I last looked a few years ago?
