Hi guys, I am new to the forum but thought this might be interesting.

Phase rotation meter fault on initial power up meter was prewired and supplied with A/B switch. 480V

Looks like someone didn't do thier acceptance testing right. Cool pattern.

seem's that this thing was not fused properly

but when doing startup most vendor will tell you to not megger the voltage inputs...but at leat i normally try them at nominal voltage (that's already better )
