A 44-year old electrician gives his opinion on the five most common arc flash assessment errors in a post in his blog. It's some good advice from someone with hands-on experience. You can read the post at:
http://gaarcfaultelectricians.com/?p=92The post does not number the errors, but here are what I think the post says they are:
1. Not having an Electrical Safety Program.
2. Using PPE incorrectly
3. Purchasing tools without electrician's input
4. Using generic arc flash labels
5. Not being in compliance with OSHA requirements
