Any NBA playoff fans out there? No PPE required but flying elbows can be rough.

Nash and Ginobli both look like they shoudl have been wearing some PPE.
Pretty boring so far, BOS and CLE could go 7 games but I think the conference finals are goig to be great, that is when I will start staying up late everynight to watch.
IF CLE makes it, wonder what they plan on doing to stop (new) superman, the old superman looks more like a fat old Clark Kent these days.

I have a bit of a problem brewing on the horizon. I have been a die hard Phoenix Suns fan for years and now it looks like Cleveland may actually have a chance to take it all. (goodness knows Cleveland can use a winning sports team).
....so I cautiously wear my Suns shirt around here and would love to see Steve N, Amarie etc. take it but I'll be quiet if Cleveland can pull it off. It would be a great moral boost for the area. I believe King James is quite loyal to the area and is doing all he can to bring the people of Cleveland a championship. (in spite of the elbow) ....next year? can anyone say Knicks?

HE will bolt if more money is offered. I have many friends in Cleveland and they all hate him, I guess he is a real jerk when out in town with his posse. Heard a story on local (Cleveland) radio about Lebron having a huge dinner with his group, had several waiters dedicated to his table, racked up a several thousand dollar bill and tipped them nothing, nothing!
Also heard he was kicked out a local steakhouse that he owns, not sure how that even is possible but they kicked him out due to the way he way treating the staff.
Cleveland could use some sort of happiness but I hope Lebron dosent have anything to do with it, I would love to see him leave and the Cavs use the cap space to get Bosh and Wade and win it all without the Akron Hammer.

Wear your team colors proud, as a life long and die hard Vikings, Twins, Timberpups, and Gophers fan that has lived in 12 states since I left MN I know how hard it can be to gie in to the local hype but stay true to your colors!

After all, it is a game, albeit an expensive one! Surely we should have a little fun with it.....And wearing the colors is certainly a part of it.

Wow that's a surprise to me. Every one I know loves the guy and at least from the public view, he does a lot for the area. I know quite a few in the restaurant business around here and that kind of news usually travels fast - never heard it. Oh well, I guess anything can happen.

Cavs just quit last night, that was hard to watch. I think LBJ is out of there.

I had no idea. My daughter says when Drew Carey (another hometown person) stops by and just orders a coke, he leaves a $100 bill! Kind of changes my perspective a bit.

..which is why after spending a big part of my life in this area I have never been a fan of any Cleveland sports team - the tradition continues. Although I can now wear my Suns shirt every where.

I grew up a Laker fan, Minneapolis Lakers that is (Hence the name "Lakers") so I have hated them since they left town. Go Suns! I loved the old Suns team with Kevin Johnson, Dan Majrle (sp?) and the large mound of rebound.

Sould be great, 12th time (I think) they have met in the finals. Lakers have to be favored but I want to see KG get another ring before those knees give out for good. Celtics in 7.
