Which current limiting products to reduce arc Flash risk ?? Which current limiting products are allowed for arc flash reduction ? Do they request to succed some tests ? |

Current Limiting Fuses and Breakers reduce the let through fault current. By reducing the fault current, you reduce the Incidend Energy (arc flash). |

Do they request to succed some tests ? IEEE 1584 did some testing with current limiting fuses and published a few equations. Properly applied C.L. breakers and fuses can significantly reduce the incident energy. |
