2 years commercial and 16 years in the oilfield in Western Canada.. Also did some time as a contract manager at an engineering firm..
Lots of the issues that are being addressed by an Arc Flash program, can also be solved by common sense (in my opion)..

Worked for Major Utility for 33 years, Substa Operator, Protective Systems Technician, General Foreman Protective Relays Systems, Supervising Engineer Dielectric Fluids Testing Lab, Engineering Studies Group. District Operator at Energy Control Center in NY.
