The discussions about electric shock have been quite interesting. Another question came up as a result.

Where have you received the majority of electric shocks?

School! :)

Had access to almost the same kind of systems as at work (at least voltage-wise, but no high voltage). Plus I was younger, the equipment was older and I didn't have all the training (yet).

Vincent has a good point! There is a certain learning curve you have to account for. Older equipment + know-it-all student (who doesn't really know anything) = lots of shocks.
