How often does your company review and/or revise its electrical safety program?

We don't really have a fixed schedule. We review our practices when we think there have been changes that have take place such as the recent release of the 2012 edition of NFPA 70E. We also take a look at it when we have refresher training - usually every 2-3 years so for us it varies.

Our ESP is scheduled for formal review annually. However, revisions occur whenever changes are required. Any revision requires notification to be sent to all qualified electrical workers. Electrical safety training is required every three years; however, if the changes are dramatic enough or we discover we need to, we will schedule an update/refresher class.
