The data requirements for arc flash warning labels evolve with every new addition of NFPA 70E. Although not specifically required by the 2012 Edition, do you include the limited, restricted and prohibited approach boundaries on arc flash warning labels?
  • Yes
  • No
Some people prefer to include this information whereas others do not. What are your thoughts?

We did not add the limited, restricted and prohibited approach boundaries on our labels. These distance are part of company policy and training. Since they are standard distances and not required by NFPA 70E, we left them off for cleaner labels.
