Post subject:  IEEE 1584.1 Specification of Scope and Deliverables

The complete title of IEEE 1584.1 that was published in 2013 is the Guide for the Specification of Scope and Deliverable Requirements for an Arc-Flash Hazard Calculation Study in Accordance with IEEE Std 1584™ (notice the DOT ONE) this is NOT the same as the recently published IEEE 1584.

The Scope is:
1.1 Scope
This document provides guidance for the specification and performance of an arc-flash hazard calculation
study, in accordance with the process defined in IEEE Std 1584™.1 It outlines the minimum recommended
requirements to enable the owner or its representative to specify an arc-flash study, including scope of work
and associated deliverables.

I have asked questions about the IEEE 1584.1 (dot one) standard in the past but this week’s question is a different view with up to 4 answers – Select all that apply.

When it comes to IEEE 1584.1, I have:
- Heard of it
- Have a copy
- Read it
- Use it
- 1584 dot what?
