NFPA 70E has all kinds of documentation requirements but no mention of the retention period for the documentation. This week begins a series of question regarding the various documentation and retention period of that documentation. First up: Energized Electrical Work Permits. Please keep the response to just the EEWP and not other documentation which will be addressed in subsequent questions. How long do you/employer retain Energized Electrical Work Permits? Until the job is completed 1 Year 1 to 3 years 3 to 5 years 5 to 10 years Indefinitely |
