Due to security upgrades at the arc flash forum, you will need to Reset your Password if this is the first time you have logged in since May 22, 2014. When you reset your password you should receive an email almost immediately. Dear Jim, Do we also need to contact you if we changed our password, are able to login with the new password but did not receive any sort of email? |

Hi Luc, No you should be OK with changing the password. The problem is for auto-generated emails with passwords. Sometimes they get caught at the server level and no email is received so no password is provided. That is when people can contact us to reset it here. Thanks for the question! Best Wishes, Jim |
