Post subject:  Anyone else notice 130.6 is missing?

I was updating my presentation's references from 2018 70E to 2021 70E and noticed that 130.6 Other Precautions for Personal Activities is missing from the 2021 70E edition.
I checked the 2021 70E handbook addition and it only has a Exhibit 130.6. The text for 130.6 is not there nor any elaboration.
Was this a deliberate omission and if so why does it keep the article numbering system and just jump from 130.5 to 130.7?

Relocated to 130.8.

Thanks.
I did find that after researching my question a bit more.
130.12 was added to that article also.
I'm just curious/confused about why they just skipped 130.6 and was it done that way for some reason.
Is there a future revision that will bring back 130.6 or will they renumber the entire article in the next addition.

That is pretty common. When a section is moved, we often keep it as "not used" so all the sections that follow don't need to be renumbered.
'
Another example was in the Informative Annexes. Annex B was combined with Annex A in 2018 so Annex B was listed as "Reserved". That way Annex C through Q didn't need to be re-indexed.

I know this is an old post but my question ties in here. My NFPA 70E (2023) skips from 110.79 to 210. I don’t have an130 section, which what I need access to for Arc Flash PPE. Please advise.

Thx!
