I see most interpret this statement the same but there seem to be several schools of thought when it comes to posting the hazard category. The two I am interested in are:
1. Label equipment as PPE #0
2. Label equipment whatever the min required PPE is for the plant (sometimes PPE #2)
What are people doing for equipment that falls in this group? I am referring to the fourth paragraph on page 6 of the 2002 IEEE 1584. any comments are welcome.

Just because IEE thinks an arc below this level will not be self sustaining dosent mean there isnt a hazard. How to label this equipment should be discussed with you and your client. I usually recommend using the tables for this equipment.
