Are you asking what to put on an RFQ?

Not necessarily, just wondering what the industry standard is to provide a client when producing a written report with TCC curves/1 lines/ etc..

our typical reports include:
Executive summary
report - describing findings - very detailed
Appdendixes
input data
arc flash data (study options and output)
onelines (input and arc flash)
TCC's as required (mitigation, cat 4 and dangerous) unless coordination is required

whether we perform the studies or have them performed as part of an install contract, we typically include the below listed items. since we're an owner instead of a 1x engineering firm, we rely on current and past studies to update our systems and models, so some of the below info might be too extensive to include in a typical report.

what engrick said above, plus:
PE of record's license information and resume
the .dez file (EasyPower(EP)) or the copy of whomever's software you would use
utility data, and their point of contact
one-line diagram with load flow, power flow, short circuit, transient motor starting, harmonics if there are substantial numbers of drives, etc.
OCPD schedules, ratings, settings, etc.
system and load info: MCC and panelboard schedules
conductor and conduit schedules printed out from EP
source scenarios: standby generators, tie-breakers, UPSes, etc.
DC-system modeling
lastly, PDF copies of the labels they'll be filling out and afixing to the equipment.
