I recommend you go through the process of putting it together yourself to build a better understanding of the components of the report. There are example reports online if you look for them as well.

There is enough info in the video to get you started.

BBaumer A video on modeling relays would be worth over a million dollars. I am sure a video like that would have millions of views.
