A friend found this under the sink at the IEEE Electrical Safety Workshop. We took pictures and tested the circuit and it’s not GFCI protected!
Management was notified and maintenance taped it up under the sink with #33 again so it couldn’t be seen???

It was rumored that I was taking pictures in the washroom. The rumors were true. I tripped the GFCI on the wall and asked an unsuspecting engineer to try the water to see if it still worked. Might have been on another circuit but kinda doubt it with that type of work around.
