Does anyone have a supplier that carries ladies level two FR? Specifically looking for blue jeans. Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.

Riverside and Carhartt have good versions. Fitting ladies with one style of jean is impossible. There are too many body types. http://www.womensfrclothing.com is a great place for getting these quickly and their shopping system is very good.

Women's FR ClothingBecause of the NFPA 70E standard, there are more and more options for women's FR clothing.
All the big suppliers not have options. Jeans are a tough one but becoming more available.
Try
http://www.carhartt.com
http://www.workrite.com
http://www.bulwark.com
http://www.riversidefr.com
http://www.tyndalefr.com
On all these sites just type in their search boxes women's FR and you get several options some of the distributors don't have on their sites but they can get for you.
The sites from the other writers make things easy too since they are a distributor who from more than one supplier but you will do better if you have more options.
Good luck, There was two suppliers of women's FR 15 years ago when I started working on this at my utility.

Why do I think that maternity PPE is not the most appropriate?
Here (Québec), even some elementary school teachers get a reassignment if there's a risk for the health of the child to born.

women's arc rated clothing - dontcha just hate buying pants?
I can't comment on their jeans, but as one data point, I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised with the fit of my AGO (Westex) cargo pants. In fact they fit better than most of my street clothes. Your mileage may vary, of course.
