Hi all,

I want to use arc flash PPE hazard risk category 3 and am planning to buy the HRC3 kit from salisbury with a rating of 31cal/cm2. Do I still need to wear a FR coverall underneath with a rating of 4cal/cm2?

No, only NM fabrics for underlayers. But keep in mind that is only for HRC 3 tasks.

NM = Non melting a.k.a. cotton or something similar. No polys that can melt or make things worse.
