I'm sure everyone on this forum is aware of the vague way OSHA refers to NFPA 70E and the whole general duty clause, NFPA 70E 2000 vs 2009, etc...
California's enforcement is thru Cal-OSHA and not federal OSHA although their mandate is to be at least as rigorous as the federal standards.
Does anyone have any recent perspective on how NFPA 70E is being enforced in California?

Cal/OSHA is actually putting on a teleconference call to explain the NFPA 70E as it applies to CA. It's on the 14th of July if you are interested.
