The NFP 70E 2009 code requires reevaulation analysis after 5 years the labels on the equipment are dated, do the labels need to be replaced even if there was no change to the equipment.

NFPA 70E doesn't say you have to replace them, so if they haven't changed and are in good condition I would leave them as is.
