The second edition of IEEE 1584.1 was just published on July 12, 2022.

The working group informally refers to this standard as “dot one� and its full title is: IEEE Guide for the Specification of Scope and Deliverable Requirements for an Arc-Flash Hazard Calculation Study in Accordance with IEEE Std 1584™

The first edition was published in 2013 as a document to assist in specifying arc flash studies based on the original 2002 Edition of IEEE 1584. This latest edition has been updated to reflect the 2018 Edition of IEEE 1584.
