hey all,
For my arc flash analysis report I would like to include site diagrams for the switch room’s im investigating, ive managed to get the drawings form the drawing office now ive hit a snag. I know the distances and want to draw the boundary on the diagram to indicate the protection zone.
Does the Arc flash protection boundary stop at brick walls? and what should I do if the boundary encompasses a door to the room?
Cheers

We stop the boundary at walls and other significant barriers.
At doors, I would suggest drawing an arc that should include the doorway out into the adjacent room.
