Anyone noticed that? Any comments? Wow, we need to revise our label significantly due to the 2015 edition now.

Yes, it's gone.
Shock protection PPE was required previously starting at the restricted approach boundary. No additional requirements existed at the prohibited approach boundary. It was more or less just informational so it was removed as it just served to create confusion.
