I recently updated to the latest version of EasyPower (9.5). The label design and print section in the latest version is outstanding. I have a very customized label and ran into a problem printing with the new version. The tech support from EasyPower was excellent and the problem was quickly solved with a patch.
Besides this incident (EasyPower problem), I have had extremely good results every time (many) I have called for help (mostly my problems). The technical response has been better with EasyPower than any other product, software or otherwise, that I have ever used. Out of appreciation for a job well done, I felt obligated to make this post.

I want to second your comments about the tech support at Easy Power. Very easy to talk with and helpful.
