Is there a "official"document showing ALL the changes done in the 2015 version of the NFPA 70E?

Is there an online link to see the new 2015 version?

I will have a meeting with a customer and he will ask me about this changes and how he could be affected.

I do not want to give them this information unless it comes from an official source.

Here is a summary of major changes although it is not. It was published a few months ago in May. It might help. "Official" implies NFPA so you would want the actual 70E standard or Handbook. The NFPA.org website also has access to the standard and documents, drafts etc. that went into developing the 2015 edition.
