Es una arandela que se aplasta cuando el sujetador alcanza 80% de fluencia. Seg\u00fan el Informe SAND2008-0771 de Sandia, tienen una precisi\u00f3n de +\/-10% de fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n en comparaci\u00f3n con los +\/-35% de una llave dinamom\u00e9trica y mide directamente la fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n a diferencia de una llave dinamom\u00e9trica que mide principalmente la fricci\u00f3n que se supera con el calor de la tuerca y las roscas.<\/p>\n<p>Parece que hay 3 versiones. Una tiene ranuras donde se puede introducir algo e intentar girarlo. Cuando no gira, se ha alcanzado la precarga. Con el segundo tipo, se mide el espacio (ver si se puede introducir un calibrador de espesores). Cuando el espacio desaparece, se ha alcanzado la precarga. El tercer tipo carga los espacios con RTV. Cuando el RTV sale a chorros de la junta, se ha alcanzado la precarga.<\/p>\n<p>Parece una soluci\u00f3n buena y barata para garantizar la fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n adecuada, al menos en las uniones atornilladas. Me encanta el hecho de que, dado que mide la fuerza de sujeci\u00f3n directamente, evita problemas con roscas da\u00f1adas, desgastadas o contaminadas que pueden hacerte creer que la uni\u00f3n est\u00e1 bien apretada incluso con una llave dinamom\u00e9trica.
